What you’ll see

Look closely and you’ll spot a giant crystal shaped like a huge triangle, jutting up from a perfectly smooth lake. Its many facets act like mirrors, bouncing a sky of repeating triangle clouds back onto the water. Around the crystal, three tall pyramid spires dip into the lake, each built from snug little equilateral triangles. A winding staircase of triangular steps curls around the crystal, ending at a floating triangle lantern that seems to glow on its own. Up above, a handful of tiny sailboats glide, their sails cut from perfect isosceles triangles, while a delicate cascade of triangle‑shaped waterfalls splashes at the shore.

Tips for coloring

Because the line art is high‑contrast and full of texture, you can play with lots of different shades. Try using cool blues for the lake and warm golds for the crystal’s glow, then switch to vibrant greens or purples for the clouds. The cross‑hatching on the spires is perfect for adding depth—just layer a darker hue under a lighter one. And don’t forget the tiny triangles in the waterfalls; a few quick strokes of a bright color can make them pop.
