Crystalline Tetrahedron Coloring Page
What’s in the picture
Look at that tall crystal tetrahedron standing up out of a flat sea of triangles. Its sharp edges are spilling little ribbons of tiny triangular shards, and they tumble down like a waterfall into a smooth, reflective basin below. Around the top, a ring of floating equilateral triangles spins lazily, while a smooth stone arch made of three triangles frames the left side. Scattered stone triangles pepper the foreground, making the whole scene feel like a playful geometry garden.
Coloring tips
The line work is clean and simple, so you can get creative with colors. Try giving the crystal a cool blue or a glittery silver, and use warm earth tones for the stone arch and the basin. The floating triangles are perfect for bright, contrasting shades—maybe a rainbow of colors that pop against the black‑and‑white drawing.
Triangle tidbits
Did you know a tetrahedron is the simplest 3‑D shape made entirely of triangles? It’s also the shape of a dice. Kids love spotting how many triangles they can count in the picture—there are dozens, from the big crystal down to the tiny shards.
