Spellbook Tower Coloring Page
What you’ll see
In the middle of the page sits a tall tower built from ancient spellbooks, all stacked to form the classic Hogwarts silhouette. Hovering just above it is a glittering golden snitch, leaving a faint trail of starlight. Around the base a swirl of cracked potion bottles spills iridescent liquid, curling like mini‑rivers. Off to the side, an open Marauder’s map floats, its little footprints glowing as they trace secret passages.
Coloring ideas
Because the line work is all zentangle‑style, you can play with patterns as much as colors. Try giving the spellbooks a deep midnight blue and sprinkle tiny stars inside the outlines. The snitch looks great in bright gold, but you could also experiment with a rainbow glow. Let the potion liquid flow in shades of teal or lavender for a magical effect. The map’s footprints are perfect for a lime‑green accent, or you can keep them classic black for contrast.
Harry Potter fun
Did you know the original Marauder’s map was drawn by four Hogwarts pranksters? And the golden snitch was inspired by a real‑life sport where a small golden ball is tossed into the air. Mixing these bits into your coloring time makes the picture feel even more like a wizard’s hideout.
